Making Cream of Broccoli Soup
For cream of broccoli soup, we use our canned broccoli soup recipe and then
add cream after opening and reheating.
Canned Broccoli Soup
Pint
Quart
Heavy Cream (or milk)
1/8 - 1/4 cup
1/4 to 1/2 cup
  1. Bring canned broccoli soup to a simmer. You may prefer to reduce it
    for 15 - 20 minutes to compensate for the added cream.
  2. Add desired amount of cream or milk.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
