Ingredients:

Notes:
Fresh Lamb Chops (milk fed if available)
2 - 3 per person
 
Homemade Barbecue Sauce
1 pint
 
Fresh Button Mushrooms
1/4 pound per person
 
  1. Sauté mushrooms over medium heat approx. 10 minutes until nicely browned.  
  2. Add canned barbecue sauce and heat through.
  3. Grill chops in a skillet or grill pan over very high heat for 2 minutes per side.
  4. Plate and serve as pictured above.
