Barbecued Pork Tenderloin
We recommend cooking pork
at a high temperature for a
short period of time, then
letting it rest before serving, to
ensure that it is well-cooked
but not dry. Pictured below is
a pork fillet served family style
with Lentils and Curried
Cream Sauce.
- Preheat oven to 450°. Place pork filet(s) in baking or roasting dish.
- Spread Canned Barbecue Sauce over filets.
- Roast for 15 minutes.
- Turn the filets and baste them.
- Roast 15 more minutes or until they reach 140 degrees with a meat thermometer.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes, bringing to 160 degrees before slicing.
